The Tonino Lamborghini Group states that Mr. Tonino Lamborghini, the company which he founded and the entrepreneurial activities which he engages is are separate and must not be linked to, neither explicitly nor implicitly, to Lamborghini Automobili, founded by his father Ferruccio Lamborghini, which today belongs to the AUDI AG Group, nor to the Lamborghini Automobili Group.

To further clarify the above, we highlight that from 1973/74, the year of the sale of the Lamborghini Automobili car producing company, Mr Tonino Lamborghini and the company of which he is President are not active in the production of motor vehicles, (by this we intend those for transportation on public roads, including participation in sporting events of this kind, in ever case excluding golf carts) and that every future activity in which he/they might engage within that sector will not involve the use of the word Lamborghini or the image of the charging bull, which in the sector of car production are the exclusive property of Lamborghini Automobili.
