“I have always believed in innovative projects that give me the possibility of adding to the classic values of my brand. My intention is to carry the concept of ‘Casa Lamborghini’ into the world, creating locales in which those who love my style can find a typically Italian taste.”
The first Tonino Lamborghini Caffè was opened ten years ago. A client in Prague expressed the wish of combining the Tonino Lamborghini brand with a prestigious restaurant which he was in the process of opening. The success of the initiative - determined by the strong added value which the brand carries, and which the client base perceives as the maximum expression of luxury, exclusivity and Italian style - was such that the following year it was followed by a second branded locale. The request was accepted and the success was so great that the year after a second branded locale was opened. With further openings in Europe (such as Prague and Graz) and in Italy, a true network of cafes and restaurants developed, targeted at an international client base, with particular attention given to the mid-west market, who hold the brand in particularly high estime.

Bolstered by the considerable success over the last few years, in 2007 Tonino Lamborghini decided to launch his innovative ‘caffè-boutique’ concept on a global scale.  In Dubai, a new Tonino Lamborghini ‘Caffè Corsa’ will be inaugurated new autumn, while in some of the most luxurious and prestigious hotels and shopping centres in the Middle East, some thirty ‘caffè-boutiques’ will be opened over the next 10 years, thanks to a deal with Retailcorp, Dubai’s leading firm in the retail and restaurant sector. The ‘caffès’, edgy locales with a captivating image inspired by the famous Ferruccio Lamborghini Museum near Ferrara, Italy, follow an innovative retail formula which, besides offering coffee and exclusive deli products, also provides for ‘corners’ or shopping areas dedicated to the luxury world of Tonino Lamborghini – watches, perfumes, eyewear, clothing and accessories.

 THE LOCALES

 

The Tonino Lamborghini locales are characterised by a captivating style based on stylistic touches which recall the history and values of the Lamborghini brand. The intention is not just to create a simple ‘brand-shrine’, but rather a welcoming and elegant atmosphere in which the value of the brand promises and maintains the quest for excellent quality, both in the menu and service on offer.  

 

ImageThere are three formats of locale which spring from that same unique concept, chosen based on their suitability to the location in question: Caffè Corsa, Road Caffè, Caffè Lounge and the new Business Hotel. For this, the input of the project’s partner is essential, so as to unite their experience with the competency and guidelines provided by Tonino Lamborghini in order to single out the most suitable and profitable format for that specific context.
